Covid Guidelines
We cannot wait to welcome registered members to our Leaders’ Briefing this year. But we also take Covid19 and the safety of our attendees very seriously. That is why we have chosen to partner with etc Venues again, to deliver this event safely and in accordance with government guidance and best practice.
The venue’s approach is based on a comprehensive health and safety risk assessment that includes risks from Covid19. Their measures, which are detailed in this 18-point plan, include the following:
Science led cleaning, delivered by London’s premier ISO accredited cleaning specialist Cleanology; who are audited under the Covid Controlled Certification Scheme.
Highly trained staff operating on smart shift rotations and provided with the latest PPE to minimise the spread of infection.
Safer dining options: pre packed but delicious ‘grab-and-go’ meals.
We are also asking that all attendees take a lateral flow test no more than 24 hours before attending the event, and that they wear a face mask wherever possible, which we will provide.
The DPP cannot be held liable if an attendee contracts Covid19 after the event. While the Briefing is being run strictly in accordance with the current government requirements, and with a range of additional measures in place, the risk of transmitting Covid19 cannot be entirely mitigated. We are reliant on all attendees to adhere to this guidance while attending the event.
Should you have any specific questions regarding this or any other aspect of the event, please do not hesitate to contact events@thedpp.com
We look forward to welcoming registered members on the 17th!
